    • The Special IOU Loan allows people to lend money to the Biafra government in exile (BRGIE). Biafra Government guarantees full repayment of the amount lent to BRGIE plus 100% interest when freedom is restored and Biafra government is fully established in the homeland. Until then, partial or full withdrawals and repayment of the money lent is not permitted or possible.

    • BRGIE Responsibilities and Rewards to Creditors:

      • BRGIE guarantees full confidentiality for all information supplied by the creditor.

      • There will be additional rewards to the Creditor when freedom is restored and the Biafra government is fully established in the homeland.

      • BRGIE will email a certificate for each IOU Loan to the Creditor.

      • The certificate will be in accordance with the IOU loan categories specified below.

    • Californium - $101,000 or more (USD Equivalent)

    • Diamond - $51,000 to $100,000 (USD Equivalent)

    • Platinum - $26,000 to $50,000 (USD Equivalent)

    • Gold - $11,000 to $25,000 (USD Equivalent)

    • Silver - $6,000 to $10,000 (USD Equivalent)

    • Bronze - $1,000 to $5,000 (USD Equivalent)

    • Biafran by birth or by marriage

    • Friends or supporters of Biafran people’s struggle for Liberation and Freedom from Nigeria Government Terrorist Bondage.

    • The Creditor must be an adult from 18 years old.

    • The Creditor may purchase multiple IOUs.

    • All IOUs will mature when freedom is restored and Biafra government is fully established in the homeland. Until then, partial or full withdrawals and repayment of the money lent is not permitted or possible.
